What does switching actually involve?

Yes, when you compare on Stripe. Our fee is one all-inclusive rate per paid ticket, 3.5% + $0.75 in your region, with card processing included. See the full comparison on our pricing page.

When do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Ticket sales go straight into your own Stripe account. We pay everything out to your bank the day after your event ends, at no cost, and recurring events are paid date by date. Once your account is verified you can withdraw up to 80% of your next event's sales before it starts, for a small withdrawal fee that is waived on Pro. The rest is kept until after the event to cover refunds.

Can I run a weekly class or a season from one link?

Yes. Set the recurrence once and every date sells from the same URL, with its own capacity, tiers and check-in list. Cancel a date and refunds are handled for you.

Does reserved seating cost extra?

Accepted Answer

No. Draw your plan, name the sections and sell seats on one show or every date of a run. It is included in the same per-ticket fee.

Do attendees need an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Buying, the ticket and check-in all happen in the browser. Door staff scan with a phone camera or a USB scanner.

Who owns my attendee data?

You do. Export attendees and orders any time. We never email your attendees to promote other events.
