How Stripe Connect pays you
Ticketlime is built on Stripe Connect, the payments infrastructure used by the world's largest marketplaces. Your sales go to a Stripe account in your name, and Stripe sends the money to your bank.

Your bank receives it
Stripe sends the transfer to your bank account. It usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank.

- Verified (after your first event with check-in): withdraw up to 80% of your next event's sales before it happens. The other 20% is paid out the day after.

Fast-track review (Pro)
Automatic payouts normally unlock at the Trusted stage, after your second event. With the Pro add-on and a Verified account, you can ask our team for a fast-track review instead. Once it's approved, you can switch on automatic daily or weekly payouts straight away.
Automatic invoicing with tax and due dates (Pro)
With the Pro add-on, every order automatically generates a proper invoice, tax handled and a due date included, so you have the paperwork sponsors, corporate buyers and your accountant expect. Without Pro, every sale still gets a standard order receipt.
Two fees, not a maze of them
A per-ticket fee when you sell, and a fee only if you choose to withdraw early or automate your payouts (both free with Pro). The payout the day after your event is always free. No setup fees, no monthly minimums.

When do I get paid?
Automatically, the day after your event ends, with no fee. Your bank usually shows the transfer within 1 to 3 business days. Once your account is Verified you can withdraw up to 80% before the event, and once it's Trusted you can switch on automatic daily or weekly payouts.
Why is money held until my event has run?
Until your event ends, your sales stay on the Stripe account in your name, so refunds can be paid if anything changes. As your account earns trust, you can take up to 80% of the next event's sales early, and the rest is paid out the day after.
Is there a fee to withdraw my money?
Not for the payout the day after your event: that's always free. An early withdrawal costs 0.49% plus a small fixed amount in your currency (see the table above), and automatic daily or weekly payouts cost a small fee per payout. With the Pro add-on, both are free.
How do I move up a stage?
Your stage is updated automatically every few hours. You reach Verified once your identity is verified, your bank is connected and you've run your first event with check-in. Trusted follows after your second, as long as your chargeback rate stays low. Verified organisers with Pro can ask for a fast-track review to unlock automatic payouts sooner.
Is automatic invoicing available to everyone?
Automatic invoicing, with tax handled and a due date on every order, comes with the Pro add-on. Without Pro, you can still download a standard receipt for every order.
