Partner Program FAQ
General
The Ticketlime Partner Program includes two referral programs: a Venue Partner Program for venues/studios, and an Influencer Partner Program for creators. Both let partners earn commission by referring event organisers.
Venue Partner Program: for event venues, dance studios, nightclubs, and similar venues (40-50% commission based on monthly ticket volume). Influencer Partner Program: limited to the first 30 influencers (15-30% commission based on referred organisers).
Event venues, dance studios, nightclubs, community centres, event halls, and similar businesses that host events and work with organisers can apply, subject to approval.
Influencers who can refer at least 10 event organisers can apply. It is a limited-time program for the first 30 approved influencers and may be discontinued at any time.
Apply via the official partner sign-up form at https://app.ticketlime.com/auth/register/partner and submit your business/audience details for review.
Yes. This is a limited-time startup offer for the first 30 influencers. Once capacity is reached or the program is discontinued, new influencer applications may close.
Venue partners earn 40-50% commission on platform fees: up to 1,000 tickets/month = 40%, 1,001-2,000 = 45%, over 2,000 = 50%.
Influencer partners earn 15-30% commission based on referred organisers: 10-19 organisers = 15%, 20+ organisers = 30%.
Commissions are calculated from Ticketlime's applicable platform fee base and applied based on your active monthly tier and eligible referred activity.
Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe within 30 days of month-end, subject to a minimum payout threshold and eligibility checks.
You earn on organisers you directly refer, including their future eligible sales while they remain active on Ticketlime.
After approval, you receive a unique referral link. Organisers who sign up through that link are attributed to you for commission tracking.
The organiser is linked to your partner account. Their eligible ticket sales then flow into your monthly commission reporting.
Yes. You can track referrals, ticket performance, and earnings through your partner dashboard.
Referred organisers must collectively generate at least 100 tickets/month to remain commission-eligible.
After the initial period, renewal requires recent referral activity (including new organiser adds) and approval based on performance.
Partners must meet monthly activity thresholds, follow partner terms, and use approved referral methods.
Commission eligibility can pause for that period, and prolonged underperformance may result in account inactivity or review.
Partners receive official referral links, promotional tooling, and support from the partner team.
Yes. Approved partners get official referral and promotion assets and should only use those approved materials.
Commissions from refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders are excluded or reversed in accordance with partner terms.
Your unique link is issued after approval and can be accessed from your partner onboarding or dashboard.
Use only the official links and tools provided by Ticketlime. Additional link structures are managed by the partner team.
Attribution windows and tracking logic are handled by Ticketlime's official referral system.
